Default Frog in my engine bay??

Does anyone else experience this at idle? It sounds like there is a frog in the engine bay.

Dealer said that is the normal.

Could you post a vid/audio clip of the sound? Not sure what a frog in an engine bay would sound like. Is your engine croaking or ribbiting?
