991 Pricing (2013 - 2016)
I apologize in advance but I could not find the thread(s). I lost my 2013 S manual , SPASM, PSE, Chrono, and hardtop in a flood. The prices I have been seeing are very expensive (I paid 71,500 about a year and a half ago).
Have the values increased (most I have seen are in the 75-90k range)?
Or is everyone just asking too much?
I am looking for a '13 or later (would like a cpo) with a manual
Thanks,
David

Check out Hot for Sale for latest discussions and listings.
Prices have been VERY strong for 991.1's over the last 12-16 months with some increases in prices as well. Inventory of pre-owned 991.1 cars is at an all time low too.

Stg:
What is "Hot for Sale"?? I looked at the ads on the website and could not find anything for me. I know there are people here that are in the business, I may be buying soon.
Thanks,
Davd

Dave,
Sorry to hear about the ride.
Did you lose more than the car or was it just in a bad spot compared to the house, etc?
If it was parked at home...... wonder if homeowners would kick in if you had flood insurance.

I did, the local dealers had nothing. I need to get an idea on pricing in case I have to fight with the insurance company. Once I get through that I will start looking more aggressively. I am a little surprised by the used pricing on a 2013. This makes me thing that the new versions may be had at a good price (2017)

I also heard an interesting story from an ex-fed person saying that the next financial bubble will be from defaults on car loans. It makes we want to take my time.

To illustrate the difficulty...
On the Porsche Locator (US):
On the Porsche Locator (US):
- 177 991.1 S.
- Of those, only 22 are manuals.
- Of those, only 17 are coupe.
- Of those, only one is under $80K, and its not CPO, doesn't have SPASM or Sport Chrono...

I doubt that any Porsche loans are issued in the sub-prime market so I wouldn't expect much if any effect on our cars.
