Have had this panel off for the second time, need some better ideas of what to do to stop the noise. First I tried the double sided rubber tape (if you can see if around the sides). No luck. Any ideas?

I put some felt tape on the two metal prongs and it seems to have fixed my buzzing. The fact that there are some square rubbery washers at the base of the prongs led me to believe that might be where the issue comes from.
