Sorry to hear that. The guys at Jim Ellis are great. My neighbor is childhood friends with one of the VP'S at the Jim ellis group so he made a phone call after I told him of my experience at Hennesy and Eric the general manager for Perimeter Porsche handled my deal personally. Excellent experience all the way through.
