TUBI Exhaust on CPO 14 911 T
So just curious if anyone knows if installing this will void CPO. My buddy put me in touch with someone that literally used it for 500 miles and paid $5500. I could pick it up for between 1700 and 2000. I mean I could probably use this and then sell it when I sell the car and get all my money back. Obviously none of this is important if it will void my CPO.

An exhaust? I'm no authority on CPO, but a warranty is a warranty. If it won't void a new car warranty, don't see how it could void a used car warranty. Don't know if CPO warranty extension is covered under Magnason Moss Warranty Act, but if it is, then they can't legally "void" your warranty over the use of any part. They can exclude from warranty coverage OEM parts that may have been damaged by the substitution of a non-OEM part. I suppose a case could be made that a failed turbo was caused by an overheating condition in the impeller, and somehow that was a product of the non-standard exhaust. But that would be a tough line to prove, especially given how very common exhaust replacements are across the board on all performance cars. It's not like an esoteric mod you've done.
By the way, I've not heard a TUBI on a 991TT -- always meant to get one on my 997TT, but I tried 3 other systems and never got the sound I wanted and wasn't going to drop 6k (installed) for a TUBI only to find out more of the same. But they sure sound unreal good on NA Ferraris! If I could have found a deal like this I'd have jumped on it!

Yeah. I'm not usually the guy that buys mods but my buddy is a nut with this stuff. He has a sweet 16 GT3 RS modded. His buddy had a 14 turbo and only had the exhaust on for 500 miles. I look at this the same as anything else. I can use it and then sell it for same price and it cost me nothing. That's the only way I would mod a car.

it shouldnt effect anything but the exhaust. If the radio goes bad, did the exhaust cause it? its logic. If you go to certain dealers, like champion, they sell and install all kinds of mods on new cars. Do they say of course this voids your whole warrantee?
Ask your dealer, see what they sell. If you have to go to another dealer to have service, find one thats reasonable.

It won't affect warranty as long as you are using your stock cats or even sport cats.
If you run cat-less there's a risk of throwing CEL and only way to avoid is via a tune... both (CEL history or tuning) which may affect your warranty.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I do recall reading recently that aftermarket exhausts for the turbo should not be "catless" due to potential warranty issues. I'm not sure why this would matter, but I know it has been discussed in other threads.
My local Porsche dealer will happily order and install an aftermarket exhaust system for customers, so I don't think you'll have an issue.
