New used 991.2S Cab
A local dealer has a well optioned 991.2 S Cab for $129k. The Porsche website lists it at $125k. It's a MT. It has less than 300 miles on it. Must have been a special order that once received, the owner traded back for some reason. Original MSRP is $145k. It's CPO.
Do do you think I can get any more off of it?

Doesn't hurt to throw a bid out there. Unless you can't stand rejection.
But, whether or not the deal does, in fact, turn into a super good one, IMO, depends on two things: How are you going to finance it? Do you have a trade?
How do you stand on those?

I had a trade that I was hoping to get $50k for and then I was going to just finance the rest.

Best way to make a deal with a trade is not tell them you have a trade and that your considering a straight cash deal. Negotiate non trade price/straight cash and when a price is established then introduce the trade and ask for finance options.
That's the way to find out what your car is actually worth to them (Auction price, usually). If you introduce a trade early in negotiations he may offer you more for your trade; but, wont give any more off what's currently advertised.
As your aware, if you finance, check the interest rate they charge. The higher the dealer interest rate, the more they make off you and the more he'll offer on the trade.
How much to bid? Take a look at prices on cars of this type on Autotrader, Cars.com and other places. Figure you can probably get 5% off that.
Be ready to walk away if you don't like the deal.
All above is IMO.
Good luck with it! MT is nice.

Always negotiate everything separately. But honestly, you might be better off mentioning you have a trade as long as you know the net price.
Also, $20k off a car with less than 300 miles AND CPO sounds like a pretty damn good deal.... If you get what you want on your trade, take it.

Is the car optioned the way you want with out wasteful options?
If you could build a new one the way you want for close to $130k for example,
you might be better off with a brand new car made to order.

Good advice
That said, if you like the spec, I would start at $122K.

I don't know how to get the build sheet but based on the dealer website, this is how it is optioned:
http://www.porsche.com/microsite/porsche-code/default.aspx?c=/pjydjtx1
Since it has less than 300 miles on it, would I need to get a PPI?

Really? Only option I'd have issue with is $2,810 in red thread.. The rest seem solid enough on a discounted "new used" car.
I guess value is in the eye of the beholder.
I'd probably save my money on a PPI with a 300 mile CPO dealer car but would ask the dealer pointed questions on the car.
