That store does not exist as mentioned above, but I did find a distributor in the UK that will ship to the US. It looks like shipping is about $120. I sent an inquiry to see if they would have interesting in stocking for us and will let you know their reply.
I was hesitating for a long time whether I should say something or not. Here it is. But please let me know if you think I'm overreacting because I hate to be that guy.... I mean this with respect.
So, this Roadsterbag company left a bad taste in my mouth. Here we are, hustling to come up with workarounds, using their UK reseller, just so we can spend our money with this company.
The company, that -in my case- didn't even bother to reply to my email - which I wrote in German just to increase the likelihood of a response. They are just flat out denying the US market. They must be doing enough sales in Europe I guess.
I don't think this company deserves my business. It just doesn't feel right.
Am I overreacting?

Am I overreacting?
Perhaps. Not all companies are willing to fill out the export forms and arrange for international shipping. From my own experience, I no longer sell outside of the US for this exact reason. It's a hassle and there are plenty of customers here. If I remember correctly, Deutschland is particularly onerous as they have additional fees that must be paid.

No, I don't think so. In this day and age it cannot or should not be this difficult. Heck, I just planted bulbs in my garden that I ordered online and were shipped from the Netherlands.
