Are you looking for black on black in particular, or just any color? Seems to be a pretty common color, you should be able to find lots of options in SoCal.
That's a similar build to mine, I think the SC and SPASM are the biggest things I couldn't do without and also the 14-ways (if you're a smaller person I'd get the 18s though I've heard they hug better).
Seriously get a 3rd party PPI though I bought mine through one of the most reputable dealerships in the US, they showed me all the paperwork etc and still they almost got me with dented header tubes that were "cosmetic" and eventually agreed to replace after days of yelling and arguing. The header tubes dent super easy because they're like the lowest thing on the bottom of the car.

It's a nicely optioned car and the low miles are nice, but you have to decide how nice
For me I'd rather have a 10K mile car with a CPO behind it. In fact, that's what I got with my '13 C2S which also has full leather and the sport design package, with CPO for not much more than his ask a full 16 months ago.
Aftermarket warranties are very expensive and a hassle. See if he can run the sale through your/his local dealer and negotiate down half the cost of the warranty. (You'd need to pay the dealer a small commission and the CPO fee)
