Would anyone worry about buying a used Porsche after seeing this?

Personally, I would not be concerned about normal Porsche's(911's , boxster, caymans, etc) I think the possibility or the potential on the GT cars exists----Certain People (maybe not Porsche) are always looking to take advantage or enrich themselves beyond what they deserve....While Porsche owners are not know to be as "religious" about ultra low mileage cars----A 2015 GT3 with 19K is a much harder car to sell than a 2015 GT3 with 3K miles----Since the cars are so digital, hacking into them is a pretty easy task from a "hacking" standpoint----cars are easy targets since they do not have any real defense or firewalls----
Some years ago, a family member of mine purchased a 2009 Mercedes E350----Purchased from authorized dealership (mercedes) not CPO----the car was a good value, not exceptional, it did however have low miles indicated (16K)---a key reason my sister purchased this car.
Several weeks after the purchase during a more thorough cleaning of the car...a receipt for oil change performed at 49K (local garage--not mercedes) mileage was discovered under the seat....
Dealership was notified and took the vehicle back without too much discussion. I researched how this could happen and I guess certain mercedes vehicles could have their digital odometers altered in matter of minutes with a simple handheld device---
The cars interior and exterior condition didn't seem out of line with 17K----
Others have made the best point: Take the time to get to know your vehicles owner (if used) and deal with reputable dealerships that provide some level of protection if something is discovered.
Cheers
