Any thoughts on this build?
About as basic of a car as you can get.
Does anyone else out there have a similar build that they can provide some feedback on?

A base/base 911 is still not a basic car. The car still has a ton of standard equipment and its not like a "base" Hyundai. If anything the linked car is more pure and true to the Porsche 911 reputation then a "loaded car" with PDK, rear steering, etc.

I saw a build like this when I was searching for one on the lot. This would be a great basic no frill sports car. MT and lightweight. Pure and awesome.

I didn't mean to imply it was bad, just the most basic I have seen. I had a 2003 Cab with only wheels as an upgrade. I got it really reasonably. It was a great car. That being said, $89,800 is way too much for this one. It listed a little over 90k.

If you plan to sell it in the future, be aware it will be very very difficult to move on. Buy accordingly and you'll be fine. None of the options make it faster in a way most of us can exploit so don't worry about it too much.

the narrative on the ad says: "Special ordered as a gift but things changed. Delivered in enclosed trailer, delivery miles 14 yes 14 actual miles as new. This car is titled and will have a new owner soon."
If it was an order that fell through, how did it end up at a Jeep dealer? It was titled with delivery miles but never driven?

Someone bought it. Maybe the owner of this Jeep dealer or whatever? Car was purchased, titled, delivered, and now for sale with a change of plans.
Just like anyone buying a car and having a change of mind right after.

Are manual transmissions rare?

Too bad it's not a luggage net delete. So close.
