My car is similar with 20" wheels and PSE.

One year into a two year lease and I am still torn as to whether I will buy it at the end of the lease. My ego wants me to trade up to at least an S but every single time I drive this car I fall in love with it.

Any thoughts on this build?

About as basic of a car as you can get.

Does anyone else out there have a similar build that they can provide some feedback on?
I love the build. A lack of options is a plus for me. Here's a screen shot of CNET ON CARS. The "base" 911 has the least amount of depreciation after 2 years and 6 years.

Edit: Base 911 with manual is rare according to my dealer

Yes, this is Dennis Collins' car which he (like someone noted) bought it to turn it into a pure track car - things changed and he is not going to do that now. The price I am getting is less than the $89k on the ad.

This would be my first 911 (moving up from a '15 M3) - so I figured why not start with the most basic of the base model and then go up from there!

I also have this build----or close to it, bought the least expensive 991.2 base that I could.
I had owned from new and probably sold too cheaply a 2010 GT3 after 3 1/2 years. I destroyed my tow vehicle in an accident and the GT3 was too extreme for me to drive a few hours to an autocross. I also was sick of dealing with the center lock wheels, floating rotors, cam position sensor issues.

My 991.2 was 96,425 MSRP. PDK, 14 way seats, and power steering plus. Basic, no sunroof, however I did replace the stock Advans, which I thought were on the car to make the mpg better and to have more separation with the 20" wheels. I have the base 19" wheels. I just put a set of 245/35 305/30 RE-71R Bridgestones on and am very happy. Not sure how the new tires would perform autox wise because I either strained or broke a rib from violent coughing after a few weeks of post nasal drip......I screwed myself up !

Anyway I'm very happy with my Racing Yellow 911. (My GT3 was speed yellow)....Racing yellow is brighter and the black trim pieces create a nice contrast. My car looks very similar to an S etc. I'm not going to miss the performance on the street. Also ride is very good. And I feel like I got a good deal 6.4% off msrp. $96,000 (forgot the hundreds place) otd, tax etc.

The owner actually told me that he had to fight tooth/nail to get this build as many dealerships will not order because profit margin is so low. All local dealerships turned him down, he had to pretty much speak to Porsche North America to order it.
