Default GTS Tips

Finally saw a GTS in person today and I am in love with the tips. Anyone have a link to the part number? Could not find online at Suncoast, etc.

Alternatively, can they be powder coated or ceramic coated to match the factory finish? I love that black chrome look.

Here they are at Suncoast (yeah, things are not always the easier to find there for some reason, I got lucky with my Google search). You'll need to really love 'em at this price: http://suncoastparts.com/product/SKU991GTSTIPS.html

Best to take existing tips and have them ceramic coated. Much better than the OEM black finish.

You can do a similar color like black chrome.

Thanks STG. I really want the black chrome, not flat black or charcoal gray. I will ask the place that did yours for colors. Certainly cheaper.

I have also asked Fabspeed about their tips. I wouldn't mind them being a bit bigger.

I try to stray away stating price publicly in the event costs changes for some reason in the future. However, PM is heading your way now with the current pricing and a link to the Non PSE tips can be found here, PSE tips here.

If memory serves me correctly factory is 63.5mm and ours are 70mm, just a bit larger to improve a over factory by filling in the bumper outlet a smidge more for a smoother look. Will double check the measurements at the office later today.

Thanks John - do you have any pics showing the PSE version installed? Perhaps even side by side with the oem ones? I am very interested in these

What should you expect to pay to have existing tips ceramic coated? Any recommended shops?
John - something you would do?

This. Interested in some pics as well. Preferably the black chrome on white 991 or if not, pics in general.

Don't want to speak for everyone, but those are on the 991.2. Looking for 991.1 and more than 2 pictures.

Yes agreed. Can't find any pics that show a 991.1 with your PSE tips installed. At least can you please confirm the size differential as promised?

Location and valence is so different on the 991.2 cars...

Cheers
