Interesting. Green handles (fuel handle) in Florida are for diesel and black handles are for gasoline. I'm guessing it's different in Michigan.

Beautiful color combination. Good luck keeping those seats looking like new.

Thank you, Flickroll. The roads were great in that area. Next year's Parade attendees are going to really enjoy the local area.

Good eye and point. And you can see the black handled pump in the second picture. Green is diesel.

Lex - your, and everyone else’s, cars are stunning.
As for the green handle, look at the opposite gas pump in the 3/4 shot, it’s also green.

I “think†BlazinPond is safe but would totally understand if we never hear back from her/him, again.

Green handles in Colorado indicate diesel too

Same in Ohio. I thought it was a universal standard.

There's just something about a 911 in black—and metallic black definitely counts. Beautiful car.

Thanks, I was noticing that as I filled up under the light. The Metallic really sparkles.

I also noticed I was putting in 91 Octane but the car requires 93 as per the label, hope it doesn’t hurt? Anyone have any ideas on that?

You should be okay on the 91. It's all we can get here in CA, and the cars just pull ignition timing to deal with it. You lose a little power, but your engine remains safe. Not ideal, especially if you can readily get 93, but unless you hear pinging/detonation (sounds like nails in a can), you're fine!
