Default Lease rates

As you can see by my singin name, I have not been active on this board. I had a 99 996. sold it to one of my parnters so I could use the extra garage bay for my girls when they started deriving. I am hitting another milestone, my 60th year and have bitten by the bug. looking at a 17 base 911, moderately optioned. I am curious if the knowledgeable members would be willing to share the current lease rates, residuals, etc. Looking at a 17 911 base, probably lease for approx 36 months.
Thanks,
Lee

Just some of my personal feelings here, but I don't like leasing unless you can write most of it off for business expense, taxwise.
For a base 911 Carrera, I'd be looking at something more like this 991.1 in the PCA.org Classifieds, with only 900 miles and a really great options list. I bought my loaded CPO C2S with 3000 miles and 5 years warranty, for well under $100k, at 71, moving back into a Porsche sportscar. But, to each his own...

Money factor from what I see is .0020, I am being charged .00223 on a ordered car.
36 month residual 58% +(10,000 miles per year)
Residualized msrp on my car is 134,600 ( I just learned what this is the other day)
