I like guessing so let's go:
Option 1 - a troll.
Option 2 - given the last name of Kuznetsov, we are looking at a Putin flunky, laundering money in the US, investing in real estate to be used as safe houses, while redirecting some "fun" money to drive a Porsche and maintain a certain social status aimed at impressing and ultimately bribing some of our crooked politicians.
Option 3 - wealth legit but a tad short inside the pants, hence the need to flash their wealth, since it's a lot more impressive.
Option 4 - snuck in someone's front yard to take an impressive photo before being chased out
Option 5 - who cares...
