Car looks great but the folding mirrors look off on such an aggressive configuration.

Agreed, fortunately this is something that is easier to do than the front bumper in the future if he wants.

About the GT3 front, is that an aftermarket kit or OEM?

Bumper cover and all associated parts are Porsche OEM.

Looks great! how hard/expensive was the gt3 front bumper conversion?
