Best thread ever, lol.

Harsany - you need boxes of stuff stacked, the bottom ones a little broken down so that the stacks all lean slightly in different directions... maybe take off the doors from your cupboards, and mix everything on the shelves to disorderly perfection... oh, and crack a few of those floor tiles. Your garage is way too perfect.

Awesome Bemo, thanks for getting this started! I plan to post once I have a chance in the daylight to snap some pics. Some great posts so far.

I gotcha Harsany. Maybe its a Canuck thing or even a Calgary thing. I got in heck on a Motor Cycle forum a couple of years back for posting pictures of my shop spaces. Its a wee-bit complicated, I have two garages and two hangers, that I keep stuff in and work on stuff. They are all on the 'clean' side. I do gotta admit it is a bit of an over kill, but on any given day I need it all, or that is my story to the wife, and I am going stick with that story.

I like this thread, as it emphasizes we all love our Porsche's no matter where they might sleep.

Cheers,

LOL...I have exactly this, almost to the cars even...need to go out and take a pic later. My Porsche, R8 and wifes Q7 are stuffed into the sad messy garage attached to the house and the classics live in air-conditioned man space glory in a new free standing garage structure. My wife parking within on inch of the refrigerator today I couldn't get water out...she just caused a hundred bucks or so she doesn't know about yet about to happen for a beverage fridge in my garagmahall. Its too far to go upstairs to the fridge in the man room above the garage of course.

I only have one garage.......it was really sad, complete with Mortal Kombat symbol painted in the middle of the floor (prior owner was a tad on the interesting side) but we have been working to make it over to the nice side. (though not as nice as the ones in the GT3 forum!) Pics to follow in a few weeks when my car gets here.

2012 991S2. Don't care, not gonna change it lol. A ship in the harbor is safe, but that's not what ships are built for.

My garage was sad, now it's glad. It's a much happier place since it became glad. When I build my retirement home, it'll be ecstatic.

not true

Safest place for a ship in a storm is out in the ocean. A ship in a harbor is a battering ram.

Keep 'em coming boys and gals.

I'm digging the red E30 and gray 911. That would be a tough choice everyday (I'm also a BMW guy).

We also considered an addition but chose not to bother and instead pay off the mortgage faster.

Does this count ? I think the bimmer's hot, the garage crap, and the 991 sleeps outside because it's the only watertight car I own - or at least that won't rust in a week ! ....
