The .2 is the same look as Macan and other .2 variants.

I agree; the new handle does look better.

It doesn't look so much better that I would change my .1 handles, but it is very nice.

 

I want Aston Martin door handles.

 

Like looks of .2 better. I think like the feel of the .1 better. Feels more solid.

Not a big thing I focus on, even though I'm big on details.

 

Some of the cheapest and practical cars come with molded door panels. Can't believe porsche went that route with the 991.1. Even the 993 has them. How many years ago was that?

 

I want the exhaust sound.

 

I've never paid much attention to the handles on my 991.1, and always thought that they were nicer than the 996 and 997 by a long shot. But after seeing the pictures of the 991.2, I guess they do seem a bit dated!

 

New style looks too simplistic. No character.
