They truly are both nice! Clear looks better when on and red adds a bit of contrast. I guess it depends on mood. Hoping this helps someone else decide which they prefer.

Both are nice, but I prefer the red. I had a white 997 GTS with clears and my current white 991 GTS with red. I prefer the red, but it's your car.

Me too. I have a white GTS and like the reds. White looks great on silver and grays.

Bemo, clear definitely looks great on yellow! But would tinted red look better?
GSIRM3, I agree, red has a slight advantage on white paint.

I like the reds too but the car came with the clear taillights and side markers, I wasn't going to complain.

Clear isn't a color though. When was the last time you had clear wine? Are we discribing a clear day vs a cloudy one? Those lenses look cloudy to me. Don't know about you but a red fox doesn't look very red to me.
