Default New to me C2

Guys and girls.
Just got my first Porsche. 2013 C2 with 11k miles.
CPO.

My question to you is being this a CPO car, do I need to service it right away, change oil etc? Or is it taken care of by the dealer?

I'm buying from a Porsche authorized dealer.

Thanks.

Ask the P dealer what they did as part of the CPO servicing. They should have done everything that it currently needs, but they should provide you with the service details of exactly what they did.

Part of the CPO process is being completely up-to-date with all service interval work.

All the work performed should be detailed in the CPO paperwork that comes with the car.

As part of the CPO process they are required to do any service due within some period of time after you buy the car so you know are good to go for a while. My dealer has always shown me the work order listing of all of the service and other work done prepping the car when I asked. They will also provide you with a copy of the completed CPO checklist (here is an online copy just FYI: http://www.nadaguides.com/Cars/Certi...-checklist.pdf). You should also get the car with tires all matched up and in good condition, as described on the checklist I just referenced. It is a good idea to double check the tires match up as per the checklist... just in case the dealer... ahem... missed something.

When I purchased my car the dealer gave me a copy of all the records of the maintenance that was done to certify the car.

This is all very helpful, specially for a first time owner like me. This car is my first Porsche.

Thank you all.

Check the tires too for remaining treadlife... with 11K the rears may be rather worn so look in particular at the rears and get a good look at the inner half as an indication of tread left. I have made new tires part of a previous deal.

I have a pic. Not a good one but still. I'm trying to learn how to post using the phone app.

I too have had not much success on RL using my phone. The iPad interface is good.

Welcome!
