Rear diffuser swap on 991.2 with pse
Hi guys
How hard is this to swap out?
Noticed small scuff on it that will bug me!
Does rear bumper need to come off?
Seems to be a lot of heat shield as well.
Here is parts diagram...

I have not changed the diffuser, but have had the rear bumper off (as have multiple posters) on my .1 I would suggest that removing the rear bumper is essential to changing the diffuser, but removing the rear bumper is a very quick and painless job. There are multiple youtube videos on the subject as well as postings on this 991 forum and the 991 GT3 forum.
The .1 valence is held on by whole slew of tabs and a couple rivets, which you will have to drill out.
