Are they updating with new 911 options?
Are they releasing new model, like GTS? Know that I'm just dreaming here.
Is it just technical issues? Probably because it's down for all models.

BTW, why does Canada get new and more options before US? Has that been typical of Porsche in the past?

Time will tell.

Sorry but this is my fault. I keep crashing the configurator because I am on it all the time.


This is not an update however. I've seen about 10 updates and then don't have this problem or take it off line like they have right now.


They never add a new car without a rollout at an auto show first. Once you see the GTS at an auto show, the configurator will be updated right after that.

I'm guessing they will add sport design bumper and spoiler.

My theory is that Canada gets stuff added before the US because it's easier to get gov approval for car parts in Can than it is in the US. Just a theory.

Sport Design Package, Front fascia right now. But it will be offered in the US. These options were on the German configurator first and then Canada. I stalk them.

It is down around the world. I guess all the configurators are on the same server which makes sense. The only thing that really changes are the prices, some options and the language.

Don't put these ideas out in the universe.....I'm superstitious about these things. I still have 6 months before I can place my order. PCNA reads these posts too and they might get some bad ideas.


........and BTW, the configurator is still down this morning. It's like my morning coffee and now I am going to be grumpy all day.

Yup configurator still down. Toying with the idea of trading in my 15 TTS and getting a 17 TT just to get a different color. This Porsche thing is addictive.

It's back up now. Nothing new on it but it is much faster. ...probably because nobody is back on it yet.
