For the street tires it's only about the esthetics for me. I don't do aggressive enough driving on the street to either utilize the slightly improved handling (it's got to be VERY slight) or to worry about any rubbing. For the track I have 9.5/12 x 20 wheels with 265/35 and 325/30 SC2s on the 5mm spacers. No rubbing. Had the wheels made on the same offset as stock, which is why I went with the 15mm spacers, at 10mm wider than stock. Funny thing is the race tires fill out the fenders perfectly, front and rear. Must be slight variations in tire construction that account for the differing results at the rear with the new spacers.
Anything wider than 15mm will risk vibration issues. If you drive your 911 at speed limit, then no worries. Anything above 120mph, vibration will be realized with wide spacers. (maybe not now, but later)

Vibration ruins hub bearings and your driving experience, not worth a trade off IMHO. Just spend $2,500 for a set of HRE FlowForm at the minimum for proper offset wheels. RotiForm/Velos/HRE/Brixton/BBS are some higher quality forged wheels to consider as well.

Thanks. I went with ECS Tuning spacers in black. 5mm up front and 12mm in the rear. Looks great and was an easy 45 mins to swap all 4 wheels out, install the spacers, and then remount the wheels. Only issue I found...now my 4 OEM black wheel locks do not fit anymore. Anyone know of where to get extended wheel locks for my car now with the spacers? Especially no joy on wheel locks for the rears with the 12mm spacers now installed.

Otherwise am pleased with the look. Could have went 15mm in the rear I guess but wanted to keep it a bit conservative I guess. LOL
