Default 992.2 Residuals

I am working with several Porsche Dealerships to find the best lease deal on a 991.2. I've been quoted the following residuals by one. I've been told these number include an added 1% for the pre-purchased service. Do these numbers seem right? I am a bit surprised by the 2% residual drop from 36 to 39 months.

36 month, 7,500 miles --> 61%
39 month, 7,500 miles --> 59%

36 month, 10,000 miles --> 60%
39 month, 10,000 miles --> 58%

Is there a porsche bulletin out there for all lease rates from July 1st to September 30th? I seem to remember there was one for 991.1 out there. If someone has access to 991.2 bulletin residuals/rates, would appreciate it if they post it here.
Thanks.

Seems a bit low too me. Both my 2014 and 2016 are at 1% per month for both a 27 and 30 month lease. I find it hard to believe that the .2 would have a lower residual. If my number holds true to your .2, the residual would be 64% for 36 month and 61% for 39 month. The MSRP will also affect the residual %, if heavily optioned.

I'm not sure a 991.2 even when initially introduced had a 36 month residual at 64% month. In Canada (July) a C2 was 61% with a 10,000 annual. I dropped 1% to got to 12,000 miles. Dealership told me there would be a change with the start of Q4 in December.

That's my exact thought. I've been reading the threads and the numbers just don't make sense to me. I'm working on getting a quote from another dealership to compare.

Did you prepay for the maintenance? The dealer told me PFS will add 1% to the residual if I do. I beehive the dealer Im working with already baked into the numbers above.
