I placed an order today in LA, 5% off a September allocation that my salesperson had to go get. My 3rd Porsche in 3 years with them. He offered $5k off most lot cars, up to 6.5% on some with odd configs.

I tried calling around and found a dealer in Chicago who would go 4% off and ship it to me enclosed, but it didn't have everything I wanted so I went custom build.

 

Did you get a delivery date?

 

I was told December. I was also told he had to trade for an earlier allocation but I do not understand how that works, it did move up from the February date I had originally been told. Hopefully the LA Performance Center will be open by then.

 

Unfortunately, LAPC opens to customers in April next year. Even though it "opens" it's doors in November this year.

I bought my 991.2 in Atlanta and while I was there I spent the better part of a day at the PEC. It was a great trip. Oh and I had the 911 shipped to my driveway.

 

Is the Atlanta Delivery worth it? Order my second Turbo S Cab. Bought my first one (a 15 991) new off the lot but this one I kinda went nuts on.
