Default Purchase advice on a 991.2 S

Hello,

Need your advice on the below dealer inventory on a new 2017 991.2 S.

https://hoffmanporsche.com/inventory...7+White+571929

My friend is in the market for a new 911 S and he happened to like the listed car. It does not have Sport plus and I have a feeling this is a dealer demo car since it has the code 762 - Launch Vehicle in the build sheet. As per the photo listed in the website I could make out it has 90 Miles on the speedo. The actual miles could be more. I have requested my friend to request the sales person for the as of date photo of the speedo.

Listed for $121,410, Assuming if this is your ideal build, and with 8% off on the list price do you think it is a fair price for this car? If not what do you think should we start with. The True car price listed for a similar build is at $109K.

Many thanks in advance.

I wouldn't go off TMV for a new 991.2. Assuming it's being sold as new and the warranty wasn't punched 6 months ago, the mileage wouldn't concern me at all. no sport plus and no clock means the car does not have Sports Chrono, at least it did on the .1.

8% off would be a great discount on a new '17 out here.
