Help - Seat back cushion insert
Hi guys,
The passenger seat back cushion insert is not secured by the hook and mounting tab.
These 18 way heated and ventilated seats.
How do I get the seat back insert cushion re-mounted properly?

Eric,
Noticed the same issue on my 14 ways with ventilation 2 weeks ago.
Dealer has has ordered Bolster Frame (991-521-551-00) and Backrest Cushion (991-521-151-02-32X) to repair under warranty.
Hopefully coming in this week.
