Once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad to change. Precision instruments torque wrench and an 18" reversible clamp (24 inch is overkill, too long) makes it an easy 1 man job. I usually wedge the clamp to the fire extinguisher installed under the driver seat. If you don't have one then I suppose wedging it against the seat base with a towel will work just as well.
Just remember to get some Optimoly aluminum paste from the dealership to keep the surfaces greased.
