What product(s) to use for 991 vinyl and dash?
My 991 did not come with full leather interior, the dash, door panels, and many other parts are covered with vinyl. I have been using Miguiar's vinyle care on them, it seems to work well on dash and other hard plastic parts, but for soft door panels they left an uneven finish, and they seems to accumulate spots resulted from finger touches. I checked online and it seems Porsche only offer leather care products but not vinyle, is that right? What would you recommend using?

I like Mothers Protectant but other than smell it is similar to the Meguiar's.
One thing you might try if you aren't already doing it this way. Apply and wipe as you normally would and when you're finished go back and buff everything off with a dry microfiber. It evens any streaking and removes excess product. This helps with fingerprinting and also dust collecting back on the clean surface.

If the shine didn't wipe down you're probably using a product with more shine than you want. If wiping with a dry cloth still leaves unevenness you aren't using enough product.
Sounds like you would prefer something with low or no shine.

Yes, I prefer a product with low or no shine. And you could be right that because I was afraid to get my dash and door panels too shiny, I did not use enough product. I will try different ways in the future.

I have been using Einzett Cockpit premium for a long time on the interior, but I don't like it for the dash. My favorite dash cleaner is Sonax Dashboard Cleaner since is matte and keeps the OEM look.

Cockpit Premium is really good, you won't be disappointed. Stoner Trim Shine is good but a little messy because if the aerosol spray. Griots has Vinyl Dressing which is very good but expensive. They have a new high-gloss dressing but I haven't tried it, because, frankly Cockpit Premium is so good.

Adam's Interior Detailer will clean, UV protect and OEM matte dress your entire interior (pleather, vinyl and plastic). Your interior will look great. Griot's has a similar product. Adam's products work very well. Not connected to them, but I am a serious Detailer with my cars. A very good source to learn about products is Matt at his obessedgarage.com.
