Default Windshield Wiper Burps

If both my 991's didn't do it, I would think I was losing my mind. Every now and again, when I turn the ignition off the windshield wipers burp upward about and inch. It is like they are sighing.

Does anyone else experience this?

It's by design. The Germans don't want your blades sticking to the glass. They are very smart people.

This is by design to extend useful life of rubber/wiping edge by not always resting in the same down-wipe position.
