Can someone confirm for me that in the passenger side's box the 2nd slot in row D is supposed to empty?

Both # 1 and 2 in that row are for Airbag control unit.

My car (2012.5) has a 5amp fuse in slot 1 but 2 was empty. Should that be ?

Just checked. My fusebox is exactly the same, passenger side row D, 5 amp in slot 1, slot 2 is empty.
