Should I paint my gts wheels?

Should I paint my gts wheels?
I love the look of the gts except for the satin black wheels. I think u would not mind it so much if it was a gloss black but still would rather have a silver finish. These are the closest representation of them in silver but on a turbo. What do u guys think? My car is Carrara white metallic

Personal choice, but to me the black wheels, especially on a white GTS, makes the car because of the other black accents.
I love the black wheels, I just hate cleaning them.

I like the silver wheels on the white car, a lot. I also think that whether its a Carrera, Carrera S, or GTS has less to do with it.....i simply like silver wheels on white production cars (higher spec or real race cars i might opine differently on).
Silver is the new black.

My GTS's Carrera S wheels are painted GT silver to match body color. I like the look as I don't care for black wheels and I think it looks sportier than the shiny finish on a silver wheel.

I've been thinking about this a lot. My fantasy is to upgrade to a GTS. I really don't prefer the black wheels. I love that someone else's painting them silver. I thought about getting HRE's wheels. Now to convince my better half....

My GTS wheels are at the painter's as we speak. He's bringing them back Saturday. GT Silver with a Satin finish, like they had when they were black. Inner barrels are staying black for dust mitigation. Can't wait to see them. I wasn't aware anyone else had done this yet; post up some pix for us, TorqueChap and StillRestless!
To get an idea of the look I had to take the configurator and build a GT Silver GTS (last year), then select Carrera S wheels and choose Body Color Paint on them. Since they're different wheels it wasn't a perfect representation of course, but at least let me get an idea.

Do you have any pics from your configuration? Either way, can't see what your ride looks like with the new wheels!

Ahh, so yours still isn't here. I remembered discussing it but figured you had your car already.
I'll get mine back on Saturday and take some pics for the good of all who are considering this. Just realized Still Restless said he has the 5-bolt S wheels -- for some reason I assumed they were the CLs when I first read it.
