Pop at startup
Never noticed until today when I had door open when starting. Happened a couple times before like 3 other times but door and windows were closed and kinda just blew it off thinking was nothing. Today heard a loud pop almost like a loud clap as soon as I turn ignition to start. High pitch sounded like arcing electrical kinda sounding almost metallic.
Gonna make an appt to bring in car tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone has had this happen with their car. Funny how this stuff happens just when my Durametric was just ordered yesterday...lol

I think it's the valves doing their thing on the PSE cold start up.

Next time, turn the car ignition on (not starting engine), the turn on/off the PSE. You should hear the sound of the flaps open/close. See if it's that sound first.
