Thanks for the compliments all — now we'll jump into one of my favorite parts.

The amplifiers and DSP are all going into the floor of the boot. Since there are three amplifiers we'll be mounting them in a dual-layer orientation. The two AS-series amplifiers and the Mosconi processor will go in the bottom layer, along with all the power and signal distribution. The base is baltic birch, and the aluminum strip you see is the riser for the A-Class amplifier that will be on top.

I am seriously blown away. I've never seen fabrication like this. Not even close. Wow!

OMG...This is amazing.

I was curious if you guys were planning on developing a plug and play kit like you did with BMW's. I had one in my E92 and LOVED IT

Here's the amp rack sitting in the car with the A-Class amplifier mocked up on top.

For amazing custom work like this, you pay to play. Nick has said he's going to offering something nice to Rennlisters as far as a packaged upgrade kit

I've been working with him on another AL Priority system for a second car of mine. He offers custom install kits that I got installed by my local audio guys.

This thread has blown me away. I've seen some fine stuff, but this is another level!!

Simply Amazing----Porsche should contact you....actually all premium car companies should hire your team to design future systems.

Default Just Amazing

I like 2 Channel systems as well.

I took some serious heat from the little Mrs about not having a Surround System---

Cheers

that's some serious kit. Speakers? I swear by 2 channel myself, but have gone Digital, Bel Canto and Joseph Audio speakers.

To the OP: this is some serious work and dedication. Your passion shines through in the attention to details.

It's a shame to have to hide such a great amp rack but keeping it all tucked away and stock looking is also a preference of mine, well done!

I wish they would — I'm disappointed every time I hear/see a new factory premium sound system.

Also, very nice 2-Channel setup. Everyone should have something like that to experience on a daily basis.

Don't worry, we'll scratch both of those itches by the time we're done.

Uber - good thing you added "amp" to your post about racks. (Sorry)

Nick - can you provide some detail as to how you will vent the heat from the amps? Even with some silent fan set up you'd still be venting into a closed frunk so I'm very curious about thermal management.
