Does anybody have a recommendation for a good retractable air hose reel to mount in the garage that will hold 50 feet of hose? Lots for sale but I have no idea about the quality. I will appreciate any suggestions.
I got one from lowes right next to upright compressor. Another handy garage accessory is an overhead extension cord reel on the ceiling. You can plug it in to the plug by garage door opener. Just don't use an extension cord as permanent wiring - against fire code and it's not rated for such use. 👍
I was thumbing through the latest Griot's catalog (a symptoms of compulsive Porsche ownership), they have a 50' retractable air hose.
Funny, that is what started this quest for me. However the 2 star rating is why I began looking for something better. Thanks to all for some good ideas.
I have a Coxreel air hose reel with 50ft. x 3/8in hose that I purchased about 15 years ago. It has never leaked and the hose still looks like new. I purchased it from Northern Tool during there big sale ( I think it was 20% off)
