Purchased a few small mods for the GTS and was actually very impressed with how a simple, low cost mod could improve the appearance so drastically. The LED side Markers from Suncoast tie in great with the rhodium silver and front LEDs. Highly recommended!

 

The clear side markers are a no brainer upgrade which is probably why a number of dealers throw them in for free.

Is that why my '16 has clear side markers? I thought it was a change from the factory.

My '16 came default with clear side markers too. Is it default on '16 onwards?

 

Amber required by law in the US at time of sale. Clear are ROW. It's OK to change post delivery.

For me the jury is out on clear tail lights though. Funny I like the clear corners... But in the back, it looks.... I don't know. You guys like?

I was considering this mod to complete the look but would need more pictures of them against rhodium to compare.

 

I think the clear tails have the cheesy aftermarket 90s civic look.

 

I procrastinated installing these for months because they wouldn't budge the first time, when I finally did it (5 minutes with the correct pry bars) it was night and day. I hate Amber reflectors, however I'm not a fan of replacing red rear tail lights with all clear ones. Doesn't seem right to me on a 911.

 

For me, it depends on the color of the car. For example on a Sapphire Blue Metallic I think clear would look great, but on my GT Silver Metallic I don't like it.

I am fine with the orange ones, but would be fine as well with the clear. What I don't like at all are the clear rear lights.
