Even where its easy to safely pass. They copied his plates wrote the CHP, and he got a nasty letter basically saying if it happens again he will end up in court or something like that, either way he was now on the CHPs Radar. Of course the old folks left out the part that caused the incident. So after that I got regular old plates. This stuff happens all the time.
