Hi guys,

First time posting. I'm looking at CPO 991, everything looks ok except that the rocker panel paint looks very rough. Hard to believe it is the way it is in new. If not, what could cause this? I believe the rocker panel and the side panel are in one piece so the entire part has to be repainted if it needs to be?

It has the rough texture from the factory to take abuse.

Touch up the chips, or you can also put PPF on it.

You can have that lower part repainted if it really bothers you. I'd touch it up and wrap it.

No prob. Imagine if they had it smooth and high gloss like the upper panels. It would get beat up even worse.
