No video. Last minute car swap as my track car lost 5th gear on Thursday so made game time decision to keep Sunday's track time but with the 911. After Sunday, I'm looking for a P-car for a new track toy :-)
Drove home today from visiting friends in Crested Butte, south through the San Juan Mountains. We stopped on the east side of Slumgullion pass (elevation 11,500 ft--definitely a turbo playground ) at Clear Creek Falls. My car looks pretty clean after a couple of days on the road, and sitting parked outside in the rain.
Took my GTS about 3,200 miles over 16 days from the FSR>Pigeon Forge>Gulf Shores>Orlando>Daytona>Atlanta>Tail of the Dragon last month. I didn't have many great pics of the car except when, on my last day, a guy named Juan just happened to be at the same gas station as me after also having done the Tail of the Dragon recently...He was excited about my car and took the last two shots that look fairly professionally done. And those are near the end of the trip, having not washed it the whole time save for the three or four storms and downpours it was in. It was such a great experience in the car, no complaints. I hadn't really gotten out to drive much since COVID happened so this trip was a real treat.
