Not a drive per se - A weather pattern passed over the Boulder foothills in the evening and the setting sun provided these amazing photos. I jumped in the car, grabbed the camera and the unfiltered images tell the story.

First is from a soggy Saturday at Calabogie... got the entire track to myself for most of the day in wet/heavy rain conditions. Wow that was fun + interesting. Thankfully it was dry on Sunday and my mods paid off, beat my best lap time from last year by over 9 seconds!
The rest are pics on the drive back to Toronto showing the white 997 Turbo S cab I followed/chased back for closed to 90 minutes (strictly at the speed limit of course) as well as the sky + clouds at sunset.
Have always loved your ride Vise from start to finish ? T
Aww shucks... thanks man!
To say it has been a labour of love is an understatement... it has taken 18 months and no shortage of mods + money but as it stands now it is damn near perfect. Not to say that there isn't additional mods planned down the road assuming the wife doesn't murder me when another package arrives.

My wife was getting on me today about "mods". I can't help it. These cars are so dang fun!!!
Your car looks great there. A little lower in the rear, more level than in other pictures you've posted. Also, good to know you're liking the KW's after some track time.
Vise--Your car looks amazing. Did you get the TPC bars installed?
Todd--PTS could never duplicate that look. Glad you got the pic before the light changed.

Thanks Ryan. I mentioned it in another thread but the KW's settled a bit after install (not unexpected), I found after a week or so it was sitting a bit too low. Luckily I was going to have the car back at the shop again anyways so they raised the ride height + evened it out across the four corners, touched up the alignment to make it a bit more aggressive, and then did a corner balance taking into account my (ample) body weight. Right now due to the corner balance the right height isn't exactly the same at each corner but that is to be expected... it is close though and you can't really tell with the naked eye.
Great news is the car handles like a dream at the track... flat through corners, super well balanced, no hint of understeer, and grip for days. I'm sure it is some unholy combination of the tires, springs/ride height, alignment, and corner balance so likely tough to point the finger at any one thing. Gladly though each element is working together very, very well... it was unbelievably fun to drive on the track and easily 2x more confidence inspiring than before.

Thanks Bob. TPC sways should be installed in the next week or so... next track day isn't until mid-September so I have some time. Very interested to see what they add to the mix though.
