The Car Connect app looks interesting so I installed it and entered info. It now says to give a code to a dealer. When I call, the person at the dealer doesn't know what I am talking about. I do my own maintenance. What have others done? Is Car Connect even worthwhile?

You get 90 days free if you buy a car with it. Just call them and send them a copy of the car connect document you get when you sign up. My dealership didn't know what to do either, but they called PCNA and got the instructions. It takes about an hour to activate.

IMO, not that great, and hopelessly slow to use. It's ok, but the BMW Assist is way better. Worth playing with for the free 90 days.
