Wow, that's great! I am sure that PCNA agreed to pay for the repair - dealers won't take a loss on service repairs. Good to know Stead pled a good case and that PCNA gave the go ahead. Good stuff!

Agreed. PCNA was the mode for them to comp the repair. I am very pleased.
