Does anyone owns one of these QuickJack, any thoughts?

Thanks for the heads up about this. I’ve been eyeing a Quickjack for a while and this is just the push I needed. I checked my local store and they don’t carry it so I ordered one online. They seem to be backordered for about a week, but no biggie. I would have used it to help with the winter wheel swap on my Macan yesterday, but I’ll get it in time to do the swap on my 911 in a few weeks. I’m going to ceramic coat the 911 winters before they go on, so they’re not quite ready anyway...

What is length of QJ? Is it long enough so that it lifts from the Porsche jack points?
Also, I don't have a lot of room in my garage. Would I be able to store them underneath the car (and back up and drive over them when using the car)?

Because of the way the Quickjack works, as it lifts the car, the car moves backwards due to the fulcrum action of the lift. I have limited space in my garage - the back of the car is about 2 inches from the closed garage door. With this scenario, will lifting the car with the garage door closed be an issue? Will 2 inches be enough clearance for the QJ to lift the car?

So if you order the one with the 12V power source, do you plug it into the cig outlet? Other than portability, is there any other advantage to ordering that model as opposed to the one you plug into a standard wall outlet?

You use a powerpack or car battery. Besides portability, believe it or not, the 12V raises the car faster than from an outlet (18 seconds vs 31 seconds)
