Don't wash with soap.
Sticky tape roller weekly.
Don't fold when wet/damp.
Try doing the RaggTopp cleaner and protectant, see if the top's appearance improves.

Three Wheelin'
Post pics, but there is a known issue of crease marks near the rear window area on pretty much all 991 Cabs. My detailer did a pretty good job last fall of lessening the marks using diluted Woolite.

That happens on every convertible with a fabric top, regardless of maker. You will tilting at windmills trying to get a new top under warranty. I believe your Porsche owner's manual even says to expect it ....

Is it leaking? Wind noise? Wear & tear marks are normal! The more you "drive" with the top down the more wear & tear you will get. Besides all the good recommendations above I also suggest not lowering the top if it is dusty or hasn't been rinsed with water nozzle pressure for a period of time. The 991 top is the best designed 911 cab ever but it also makes it difficult to slap/pat it to remove dust like you would a rug or floor mats.
