I got curious about this too since yesterday someone over on the 997 forums pinged me about my prior 997 conversion to a Turbo wing. I don't know if I would do this with my 991 or not, but thought I'd resurrect this thread to see if anyone has tried this yet.
As to Gil's comment, the width probably isn't a problem since I'm pretty certain the 991 is like the 997, all of the width difference is just in the fenders, the bumper, and the suspension structure underneath. It was no problem putting a Turbo wing on my prior 997S (non-4) since the deck lids matched right up and the electronics change was plug and play. One thing I was wondering about with the 991.1 is that the deck lid slits are built differently on a Turbo with a bit of a hump in the center. I don't know if that carries down into the wing area. Anyone know?

It would be interesting to find out if you could remove one from a front collision totaled turbo and reprogram the car to accept the new wing.
