Yes I wouldn't doubt it. I often drive the airport /Ron Cowan/ HB PWAY loop as a local run to "clean the jets". It's close to home and is fun if you can avoid the sheriff.

that sheriff is always lurking around that airport. That's my route to the park st. Starbucks. HBP - Ron Cowan - back to Alameda via Doolittle.
