Now THIS is a good-looking Porsche
At Porsche of Arlington VA today. $ 92K sticker. I gotta tell ya, it looks hotter than that Turbo Cab S right behind it. I played with putting the top up and down, its still awkward (good luck finding the hidden button in the flying buttress wings).
Tell ya what, I'm tempted to move from my 2014 991S Cab to this, but I'm not anxious to add money to my car for a trade.

I think the new Boxster Spyder is awesome ... I should imagine it would give any 991 a run for its money!
probably a bit easier to obtain than a GT4

I originally intended to buy one to go with my Cayman S, but the more I looked at it, the less I liked it. Proportions just look off to me, both the humps and the fish face front bumper. I'm sure it drives nice, but I just don't think it's a great looking car, especially from certain angles.

Hey drcollie - how is Porsche of Arlington, VA. Few years ago that dealership had a cloth sign for Porsche Dealership.
I drive by them everyday, and I am interested to know about their service department and salesmanship.

Yes, it's gorgeous until you have to put up the folding top. By hand.

I am trying them for the first time today, but had similar hesitations to you based on your comment above. Lovely new space on the inside, and good drop-off experience. I'll let you know how the rest goes.

I had the first Boxster Spyder, and this is a bunch of crap!!! In a torential down pour, I had the top on in less than :40 seconds.
Jeremy was, we'll lets just say he was even MORE Jeremy than usual on that one.
Id take a boxster Spyder over any other Porsche drop top. The only bad thing about the new one is that the rear portion of the top is now part of the whole top. I drove mine with windows down, and main top on most of the time. With the rear open it was like a bikini top on a jeep. Open air, no sunburn. Loved that car!
