This is prior to my wife and kids moving their uh stuff in. Clean, retrofitted and with 2 generation P cars! I'm having serious separation anxiety about letting my 997 go. Interesting to see the two generations side by side.

If you can afford them, keep them!

Thanks for rotating the pictures tekniik. I wish someone could tell me how to do that or why they are straight in the Iphoto gallery but upload cockeyed. I have really been trying to compare the drives. This is the first full weekend of owning the GTS. The 997 definitely as others have said, is louder, more raw and connected to the road. For some reason it feels much smaller than the actual size difference. I was so worried I would not like the GTS, but once I started driving, it really is a great Porsche. Bigger but the same weight so much more powerful. Keeping the weight down is so important in a sports car I think. Handling is much better in the 991 with the wider wheelbase and engine placement. It feels much more capable than my local roads. As far as ergonmics, I was able this time to afford the extra leather and 18 way seats, but even without them, no comparison. Time to drive a little more and stop talking ![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
