I've owned three cars from Lexus and was always treated like royalty. No appointment? No problem. No appointment, but want a loaner? No problem. Their service is tops, assuming it hasn't gone downhill at all. Porsche could stand to learn a thing or two from this. The reason I even bought Lexus wasn't because they had an interesting product, it was simply because I had heard the service was excellent.
