Default GTS as DD?

I'm picking up my GTS in Feb and would like some perspective on how it's working for you, if applicable, as a DD. I have an X5 and the wife has a GL450 and am considering letting the X5 go as its a bit redundant to the GL.

That's what the wife's GL450 is for.

I have 3 little kids too. 8, 6 and 4. Pick them up from school on occasion. Anyone out there with kids they throw in the P car? Mines a cab and I live in CA so the top will be down often.

I had two 5'3" women in the back seats of my GTS; very roomy. It's definitely much larger than my 997s.

Most people don't have a problem squeezing in. It's not a Honda for crying out loud. Who wouldn't want a ride in a Porsche?

The perfect DD, drives like a c class merc, though with a lot more theatre at the press of a button or 2.

I fit a 12 year old and an 8 year old in the back, easily; we load the frunk with soft sided luggage and put some extra stuff behind the rear seats. 400 mile + road trips are fine. Daily driver would be ok too, although Home Depot runs can be challenging. Groceries are ok, depending on volume.

Form my limited experience with my GTS (10 days during ED), the car is perfectly suited for a daily driver. I take my 9 and 7 year old kids to school every day. The back seat room is certainly sufficient for small children. I plan on using mine as a daily driver too.

Does the convertible have room behind the back seats?
